FREE CIA Operator Qualification (per OSHA 1910-180)
This excellent Safety and Certification program covers all the topics required by OSHA in 1926.1427(b)(1)&(2)&(j)(1)(D). The hands-on portion of the training covers the fundamentals of crane operation with emphasis on: How to Control the Load, Shift Inspection, Set-Up, Etc.
Accredited Operator Certification can be gained through CIC in Sanford or on your site.

Operator Qualification Requirements: Per OSHA 1910.180
- Complete a Crane Institute of America Mobile Crane Operator training program.
- Pass written exams.
- Document at least 3 years of experience as the designated operator of mobile cranes, 1 year for boom trucks. (A trainee qualification will be issued to applicants with less experience).
- Meet ASME B30.5 physical qualifications.
